Having trouble logging in? On August 1st-7th 2008, we mistakenly implemented code that has caused conflicts with some users login credentials. If you can't login and you are sure you know your password, please clear your cookies (instructions below). If you are unsure of your password, request password.
Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)
1. Open IE and click on the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Internet Options."
3. Click on the "General" tab if it isn't selected already.
4. Under the heading "Browsing History," click on "Delete", then click "Delete Cookies".
5. Click "OK" to exit.
6. Restart all instances of IE and retry login.
Mozilla Firefox
1. Open Firefox and click on the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Options."
3. Click on the "Privacy" icon on the left.
4. Select "Cookies" and click on "View Cookies"
5. Select stracka.com from the list and press "remove cookie."
6. Click "OK" to exit.
7. Restart all instances of Firefox and retry login.
